ODE Presents Findings to BOE, Feb 16, 2012
Robert Miller, Ohio Department of Education, presented an analysis of Lake's staffing levels and budget forecasts. Mr. Miller found that the budget forecasts and analysis by our Treasurer, Jeff Carpenter, are accurate and correctly reflect the financial crisis Lake Schools is experiencing after the recent Levy failure. Mr. Miller also emphasized that in comparison with similar districts, Lake's staff and expenses are lower than the average district used in the study.
